Burl and Stephanie Crabtree have served as Senior Pastor of First Pentecostals since 2007, having joined the Leadership team in 1995. He and his wife reside in the Benton area and have 3 children - one son, two daughters and their spouses - and six grandchildren.

Marcus & Mary Rogers Associate Pastors

Marcus and Mary Rogers joined the Leadership Team in 2024 as part of the Pastoral Succession plan of First Pentecostals, He and his wife reside in the Haskell area and have three sons.
